Important Information

As a professional Personal Trainer in Saskatoon and Online Fitness Coach in Canada, I use an application process to help me gain a better understanding of what you personally need in terms of coaching and gather all the necessary information prior to taking you on as a client. I aim to provide the best quality service to my clients and a large part of this is made possible by individualizing my coaching service to you, based on the information you provide in this coaching application.


My Premium Coaching Service is for anyone who is committed, willing to put in the work and open to suggestions and changes to their lifestyle. If this sounds like you, please take the time to fill out the client application form below after reading the FAQ. Once your application is submitted, I will reach out to you regarding the next steps.

  • How much does coaching cost?
    My Premium Online Coaching Service costs $300.00 CAD monthly. This is a month-to-month subscription based service. If you wish to cease services at any time, please provide at least 7 days notice prior to cancellation to ensure a successful transition. While this is a month-to-month service, I ask that you proactively commit yourself to at least 3-months of time working together. Achieving meaningful and sustainable results takes time, and I want to ensure you have a positive experience. Making sure we have enough time together is the first step!
  • How do you handle payments?
    I use a Stripe business account to handle payments on a recurring monthly basis. It is simple, efficient and secure. You will be provided with a subscription link to set up your monthly payment schedule after you've submitted your Client Intake Form and completed your Coaching Consultation. Your month-to-month Premium Online Coaching will continue auto-renewing until you have reached your fitness goals or wish to cancel. You can manage your subscription and invoices here after signing up.
  • What commitment is required from me?
    Even though I've had some clients continue with me for several years, I ask any new client to proactively commit for three months minimum. Results take time and there are no quick fixes. I pride myself on being completely transparent with my clients and setting realistic expectations from the start. Building consistency and habits are key to long-term success and this takes time. I work with my clients on making fitness a lifestyle that I hope carries on with them long after our time together. As a Premium Online Coaching client, you will be responsible for providing me with your plan adherence, diet and training updates, along with a detailed summary of each week. At the end of the week, we analyze your data and personal progress, from which I update your program and help troubleshoot any areas of opportunity. This is part of the very hands-on approach I take to coaching that ensures we get you the best results. Ultimately, all that I ask is that you give me your best effort. Part of my role as a coach is keeping you accountable, which is why these systems are in place!
  • How do we communicate with each other?
    Your primary communication with me will be through email. I have specific coaching office hours for my client-only inbox and will always respond within 24 hours. Additionally, you will have a consistently scheduled weekly check-in with me. After the submission of your weekly check-in report, we analyze your data and personal progress, from which I update your program and help troubleshoot any areas of opportunity. Thereafter, your plan will be updated and emailed back to you with detailed video instructions of action steps for the upcoming week. Further communication will occur through email if you have follow-up questions or need clarification on the processes.
  • How can I contact you if I have any questions?
    Your primary communication with me will be through email. I have specific coaching office hours for my client-only inbox and will always respond within 24 hours. As a client, you will also have access to schedule calls with me if needed. To supplement your Premium Online Coaching, you will be added to my client-only Private Facebook Group for added support and accountability.
  • What’s the next step after completing my purchase?
    After filling out your Client Intake Form and completing your Coaching Consultation, you will be sent a subscription link from Stripe to officially sign up for month-to-month Premium Online Coaching with Brodie Giesbrecht from Peak Periodization. Once you complete the subscription process through Stripe, you will be redirected to a landing page with important information regarding your first week of Premium Online Coaching. You will receive your individualized training and nutrition protocol with instructions from me within 48 hours of signing up.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Payment is non-refundable once plans are issued due to the custom nature of the work and time put into writing each individualized program. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the nature of the intellectual property provided as well as the 24/7 ongoing support that comes with Premium Online Coaching. It is the client's responsibility to cancel their monthly subscription should they no longer wish to continue. Please provide at least 7 days notice prior to cancellation of Premium Online Coaching to ensure a successful transition. Programs will not be hosted online after our time together has ceased and it is the client's responsibility to save their programs should they wish to. Scheduled Weekly Check-Ins are the client's responsibility. Your spot as a client will be maintained until payments are cancelled. Client openings are limited so maintaining payments may be used to hold your spot as a client at my discretion.
  • How do I cancel this service?
    If you wish to cancel at any point, please notify me via email with at least 7 days notice of your monthly subscription date to ensure you have a successful off-boarding experience. Afterwards, you can cancel your monthly subscription using your Stripe customer portal.
