Important Information

I use an application process to help me gain a better understanding of what you personally need in terms of coaching and gather all the necessary information prior to taking you on as a client. I aim to provide the best quality service to my clients and a large part of this is made possible by individualizing my coaching service to you, based on the information you provide in this application.

 

My coaching service is for anyone who is committed, willing to put in the work and is open to suggestions and changes to their lifestyle. If this sounds like you and your wondering what it would cost, please take the time to fill out the client application form below. After the application and consultation process there's no obligation to sign up.

What do I need to prepare for the consultation?


In general, nothing special is required of you for the consultation and it should take no longer then 60 minutes. Depending on your location and preference we can arrange to have your consultation in person or by scheduling a call held over video chat. In person consultations will be held at my work address which can be found here.




How much does coaching cost?


This will depend on whether you are interested in my in person or online coaching services. Regardless of what you choose, price will remain the same for each client that signs up. I don't disclose the exact fee because it may change in the future and I don't want you to select me based on it being more affordable, but because I'm the right match for you! When you make a successful application and we schedule your consultation, we can then discuss coaching fees.




What commitment is required from me?


Even though I've had some clients continue with me for 3+ years I ask any new client to commit for three months (12 weeks) minimum. Results take time and there are no quick fixes. I pride myself on being completely transparent with my clients and setting realistic expectations from the start. Building consistency and habits are key for long term success and this takes time. I work with my clients on making fitness a lifestyle that I hope carries on with them long after our time together. For online clients you will be responsible for providing myself with your plan adherence, diet and training updates, along with a detailed summary of each week. At the end of the week we analyze your data and personal progress, from which I update your program and help troubleshoot any areas of oppurtunity. This is part of the very hands on approach I take to coaching and ensures we get you the best results. For in person clients all I ask is that you show up for your scheduled weekly workouts that we've decided on ahead of time. I understand that life sometimes gets in the way, so if you end up missing a session please provide an alternate day to reschedule the session. This is done in order to keep your weekly workout frequency consistent and provide extra accountability to ensure you stay on track! Ultimately, all that I ask is that you give me your best effort. Part of my role as a coach is keeping you accountable and this is why these systems are in place!




Who is your coaching for?


Anyone who is committed, willing to put in the work and are open to suggestion and changes to your lifestyle. I have worked with people of all age groups and training experiences. Whether you are new to working out and are looking to learn the fundamentals or have several years of experience, I can design a plan catered specifcally to your needs and guide you through the process.




How long will it take me to see results?


This will depend greatly on your specific situation and goals. Like I mentioned before, results take time and there are no quick fixes. This is part of the reason why I won't take anyone on who isn't willing to spend atleast 3 months (12 weeks) working towards seeing measurable progress. I want to ensure you have a positive experience and making sure we have enough time together is the first step.




How do you handle payments?


For both in person and online coaching I require your first payment on debit or credit card at point of sale. From here we can set up an automatic withdrawl on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, whichever works best for you. This can all be set up after your initial consultation, when all the options are presented to you.




How can I contact you if I have any questions?


I have specific coaching office hours for my email and will always respond within 24 hours. As a coaching client you will also have access to my personal phone or preffered video chat to schedule calls if needed. To supplement my in person and online coaching you will also be added to my client only Private Facebook Group for added support and accountability.

Why do I need a consultation?


This will help us see if we are compatible and I will be able to get a better understanding of what you personally need in terms of coaching. I only want to work with you if you choose me as a coach because you feel I am the best choice for you. I aim to provide the best possible results for my clients given their individual circumstances and this requires gathering all the necessary information beforehand. After the application and consultation process there's no obligation to sign up, this is just the way I prefer to see if we are a good match.
